Level Consulting began out of the realization that while change came easy to us - in fact, we thrive on it – for most organizations, changing or doing something for the first time was hard and risky. For some, just the uncertainty and unfamiliarity of doing things differently is enough to stop an idea. For others, an idea is quickly adopted, but execution is so complex that the idea is abandoned early, or fails altogether. Level Consulting saw an opportunity to help businesses balance risk with certainty by providing stand-alone, expert planning and execution outside of their normal operations.
